The tool provides faster turnaround times to service and can be integrated with multiple platforms such as SCP, C4C and S4/HANA on premise. This solution provides supervisors options to track the tasks with status and availability of technicians based on skill and their distance from the customer location. The technician has the ability to review the checklist and gain knowledge about the repair. Confirmation of services with spare parts consumption can additionally be achieved through the mobile application. At each stage of the repair, the back end system is updated and the latest status is sent back to the mobile application.
