The UI Service Factory addresses the technical details and challenges typically arising in UI5/OData projects. An ABAP developer therefore only needs minimal knowledge of OData to successfully implement a service with the help of the AddOn. The resulting services offer capabilities that are usually very difficult to implement. Delta queries, for example, allow a significant reduction of the amount of data to be transferred in order to improve performance with slow mobile connections. A clear ALV list shows all write requests generated by the apps created using the UI Service Factory and therefore provides an ideal basis for monitoring. Problems can be detected and analysed.
