Functions and Features of Self-Assessment Delivery Reliability: Delivery Service Level

  • A hierarchical list in which the items of the outbound deliveries are grouped together according to various characteristics, such as sold-to party, ship-to party, material.
  • Each level of grouping shows how many related deliveries and/or quantities were on schedule.
  • You can configure how strict the valuation is for each customer via parameters. In the strictest case, a delivery must reach the recipient on exactly the desired day and the delivered quantity must be exactly the same as the desired quantity.
  • The system only evaluates existing deliveries that have actually been delivered, so there is no evaluation of sales order items that are still awaiting delivery.
  • The generation of the evaluation can be in the past

The solution requires a maintenance contract, which includes info services and change notifications, Help Desk Support and product updates.
