Various documents such as remuneration statements, tax and DEÜV certificates, and other forms are provided centrally in SAP SuccessFactors from SAP Payroll. This allows end users to easily search for and download documents, while administrators can upload, view, categorize, sort, and filter company documents. It is also easy to perform mass downloads.

Employee-Related Documents Always at Hand

All applications are designed for mobile use, however, mobile access to SAP SuccessFactors is a prerequisite. This can be controlled via the browser or the SuccessFactors app. Hereby, maximum flexibility is ensured. The documents are stored in the internal SAP SuccessFactors memory and the application runs as an SAP SuccessFactors extension on the SAP Cloud Platform. This guarantees perfect interplay between the applications.
