Automatic Derivation of Report-Relevant Information (LZB Indicator) at Document Level in SAP

With the statistical reporting in foreign trade, incoming and outgoing payments (transactions), the status of receivables and payables as well as direct investments must be reported monthly to the Deutsche Bundesbank. Fulfilment of Reporting Obligations Made Easy

In foreign trade transactions, reporting and recording of the LZB indicator is obligatory. To fulfil the reporting obligation, the LZB indicator must be entered in all relevant documents when posting or changing documents. The solution offers comprehensive reporting facilitation for deriving the LZB indicator from master data for the customer, vendor, material and G/L account. This eliminates the need for manual changes to the financial documents after invoicing or posting of the invoice verification and manual entries for FI postings can be significantly reduced.
